Ledgerro is an innovative accounting firm specializing in AI-friendly automation, tax, accounting, finance, entrepreneurship support and dashboard solutions for clients in Cyprus, Europe and worldwide. By accessing our website (www.ledgerro.com or related domains) and using our services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These apply to all visitors, users and clients. Your continued use constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, do not use our Services.
Services Description
Ledgerro provides accounting, tax advisory, payroll processing, financial dashboards, automation tools, incorporation support, and related services. Detailed scope appears in your Letter of Engagement (LoE). Services do not guarantee specific outcomes; verify all outputs independently.
User Responsibilities

Submit accurate data.

Comply with Cyprus/EU laws; no unlawful use.

Review and accept your LoE for client-specific terms.
Subscriptions, Fees, and Payments

Subscriptions: Monthly/annual plans auto-renew via secure processors (e.g., Wix, Stripe). Cancel anytime via account dashboard; effective next billing cycle.

Billing: Per LoE (retainers, hourly, projects). Net 14 days; 3% monthly late fee after 30 days.

Refunds: 14-day cooling-off period for new subscriptions (per Cyprus consumer law); full refund if no services rendered. No refunds/prorations for custom work, completed services, or post-delivery. Force majeure applies.

Failed Payments: Suspension after 7 days; termination after 14 days (unless extension granted by Ledgerro due to valid reasons).
Intellectual Property
Outputs remain Ledgerro property until full payment. Clients receive non-exclusive license for paid use. No resale or reverse-engineering.
Confidentiality and Data Use
Per separate Privacy Policy. GDPR-compliant. Data for services only (anonymized where possible).
Limitation of Liability
No indirect losses (e.g., tax penalties). Liability capped at fees paid in prior 12 months. Services "as is."
Termination
30 days' notice (per LoE). Immediate for breach/non-payment. Surviving clauses apply.
Governing Law
Cyprus law/EU regulations. Mediation in Nicosia, then courts. Invalid provisions severed.
Changes
Updates notified via site/email; continued use = acceptance.
